Last weekend, the Women’s Club Volleyball team traveled to Rutgers university in New Brunswick, New Jersey to play in the Northeast National League tournament. After winning 5 out of our 6 tournaments since October, the team entered in the first position for pool play. The first day we played all seven teams that were invited to the tournament. The top four teams from pool play advanced to the playoff bracket. Bucknell came out first in pool play with a 7-0 record and then played Rutgers-B for the semi finals and Delaware -B for the championship. The team received a championship division plaque and team captain, Christine Quinn took home MVP for the division tournament. The team is looking forward to next year and potentially playing in American Club nationals.
